Olive Home Care dissection provides a host of varied support and services to our customers on the technical matters of construction, maintenance, renting or leasing, and other services with a view to make the life more easy and joyful, which can be availed in the defect liability period also.

Every completed Olive Community projects will be provided with total housekeeping solution to ensure clean and tidy surroundings. Common spaces as stairs, terrace, driveway and common toilets are assured to be sanitised in periodic intervals. Gardens, Parks, and other leisure areas will be timely maintained to support the customers with an ‘Error Free Zone’.

Electrical, Plumbing, Air-conditioning, and Carpentry services are also supported with trained technicians alert around the clock to attend to any reworks or rectification works.

Apart from this, an in-house interior designer’s service is available for each of Olive Community customer for designing their apartment wishfully. After detailed drawing and estimations, the interior works are executed by specialist and approved contract agencies under the direct supervision of the interior designer.

For our valued customer who wishes to give their homes for rent, we arrange high value rentals whether it is corporate or individuals. All coordinating activities, making agreements, collecting rentals and depositing in bank accounts, are handled by our Home Care representative with ample care.

Further to this, Customers can avail of services like payment of electricity bills, telephone charges, corporation taxes, and the like by listing themselves with the Home Care division.
